Key Responsibilities Analyze existing manufacturing and business processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to design and implement process optimization strategies. Lead and manage cross-functional teams in process improvement projects from conception to completion. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements. Create process flow diagrams, value stream maps, and other visualization tools to illustrate current and future states. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process improvement methodologies for employees. Document best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) resulting from process enhancements. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of process improvements with business objectives. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related role. Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred). Proven experience in leading process improvement projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
