About the Role Our client, a leading manufacturing firm renowned for its commitment to operational excellence, is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to join their team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role is integral to identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and implementing sustainable process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and project management principles. The Indore facility is equipped with modern technology, providing an excellent platform for implementing advanced process improvement strategies. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing manufacturing and business processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to design and implement process optimization strategies. Lead and manage cross-functional teams in process improvement projects from conception to completion. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements. Create process flow diagrams, value stream maps, and other visualization tools to illustrate current and future states. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process improvement methodologies for employees. Document best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) resulting from process enhancements. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of process improvements with business objectives. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related role. Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred). Proven experience in leading process improvement projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
