Key Responsibilities - Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Develop and execute digital roadmaps for manufacturing plants and corporate functions. - Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives including Smart Manufacturing, IoT, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Digital Twins, and Automation. - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost optimization through technology. - Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to deliver transformation programs. - Manage large-scale ERP, MES, SCM, CRM, PLM, and enterprise application transformation initiatives. - Lead business process reengineering and continuous improvement programs. - Manage external technology partners, system integrators, and consulting firms. - Ensure governance, risk management, cybersecurity compliance, and change management throughout transformation programs. - Mentor cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
