Key Responsibilities - Lead enterprise application strategy across multiple business functions. - Own the roadmap, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms. - Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality Management applications. - Partner with business leaders to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions. - Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives. - Oversee application architecture, integration strategy, and platform modernization. - Manage application support teams and external implementation partners. - Drive cloud adoption and enterprise automation initiatives. - Ensure application availability, performance, security, and compliance. - Lead ERP upgrades, migrations, and transformation programs. - Manage IT budgets, vendor negotiations, and technology investments. - Establish governance for application lifecycle management. - Improve user adoption through change management and training initiatives. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards applicable to Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical manufacturing. - Develop enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities. - Mentor technology managers, architects, and application specialists.
