Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Be the Driving Force Behind World-Class Manufacturing Excellence We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manufacturing Engineer who doesn't just optimize processes you redefine them. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our manufacturing operations, architecting lean, agile, and future-ready production systems. You will lead process improvements, implement cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, and ensure uncompromising quality, safety, and efficiency across the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end manufacturing process design, optimization, and scaling for high-volume / high-mix production lines. - Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM initiatives to achieve aggressive OEE, cycle time, and cost-reduction targets. - Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Transfer projects with zero-defect launch metrics. - Implement Industry 4.0 solutions - Automation, IoT, Robotics, Digital Twins, and Smart Factory initiatives. - Conduct detailed process FMEAs, root cause analysis (8D, Why-Why), and corrective action implementation. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain & R&D) to deliver breakthrough improvements. - Ensure full compliance with safety standards (OHSAS/ISO 45001), quality systems (IATF 16949 / AS9100), and environmental norms. - Mentor and develop junior engineers while building a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
